We fish with the Salmo Slider wobbler standing high in the boat - we perform cyclical jerks, while quickly winding the line onto the reel. These jerks should be energetic and short. It is best to make the first casts in shallow, clear water to adjust the optimal frequency and strength of the jerks. The Salmo Slider should turn energetically alternately to the right and left at an angle close to right to the direction of the lead. It is extremely important to avoid line slack that can occur after each jerk. If the water temperatures are low (2 - 5°C), we will achieve the best results by fishing very slowly - using breaks between successive (gentle!) pulls of up to 3 seconds. Of course, we fish with a sinking model, which, by slowly sinking, additionally attracts predators by "playing" with its sides. As the water temperature in the fishing spot increases, we gradually increase the speed of the bait. Salmo Slider is also an excellent bait for shallow trolling. After releasing the bait 10-30 m behind the stern of the boat, holding the rod in your hand, you jerk it every few seconds. 5 cm and 6 cm sliders are the smallest jerkbaits available on the market, allowing you to catch almost all species of fish.
